Hello and welcome! My intention is to help you move through your
current obstacles in the most productive way possible so that you can
experience more joy and more fulfillment in your life.
I work in either a traditional or a coaching model, depending upon
your needs and preference. I work from a holistic perspective, taking
into account important aspects of life and being. My studies include
holistic health, wellness and nutrition, spirituality, eastern
religion, personal growth and law of attraction. Issues of special
interest include divorce, women's issues, personal growth, stage of
life transition, Bariatric surgery; pre and post surgery counseling and
relationship issues.
